Card 37 Fulfilment

Fulfilment, Jubilation. MerrimentCard 37

Fulfilment. Jubilation. Merriment.

It doesn’t get much better than this. Happiness emanates from the Fulfilment card. Yellow is the colour of the sunshine. This is a time of celebration and happiness.

Fulfilment makes me think of a cup brimming over, which reminds me of the quote from the Hebrew Bible-

” My cup runneth over” meaning ” I have more than  enough for my needs”.

If you were to choose this card from the complete deck, you can be assured that all is very well. It is a time of celebration and happy fun times. It could also be happy family holiday or simply enjoying time with loved ones. A feeling of pleasure and satisfaction because you are happy with your life.

You may have completed a piece of work and are celebrating your success. The meaning of Fulfilment in the dictionary is – the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted. It can be anything where you feel a sense of accomplishment. There’s a feeling of strong connections, bonds, and unity with this card, an inter-connectedness, which is lovely.

Merriment according to the Oxford Dictionary means gaiety and fun. Jubilation – a feeling of great happiness and triumph. These words were channeled from my spirit guides and definitely not words I would have chosen. They all fit well together for the meaning of card number 37 .

“Frame your mind to mirth and merriment which bars a thousand harms and lengthens life.” William Shakespeare

The Fulfilment card reminds me of a Honeybee suggesting a sweetness with it. The honeybee is a symbol of wealth, good luck, and prosperity since ancient times. Coins and charms with the shape of a honeybee are said to be good luck.

The colours Orange and Yellow are in this card, related to the Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras respectively. Orange and the Sacral chakra relating to Creativity, Sexuality, Centre of pleasure. Yellow and the Solar Plexus relates to feelings of Joy and personal power, from a positive perspective, which fits with the energy of this card.

There’s a little of the cream colour in this card too. Cream is a soft colour, it brings us the purification of the white, but with a warmer and softer energy. It is nurturing and calming. Cream has the effect of making us feel relaxed and comfortable. Flower of Life Oracle Cards

I feel there’s a connection wth Leo in the zodiac with this card, some of the colours for Leo are Orange, yellow and gold. Leo being ruled by the sun, (my ascendant is Leo).

Leo’s are confident, comfortable being the centre of attention, (not always) ambitious, generous, loving, sunny, big hearted and loyal. For the purpose of this card’s description, these are some of the positive traits of Leo. ” The lion represents royalty and courage.

“Leo’s association with the sun and all things magnificent derives from before 2000 BC when it was the sign of the Sun occupied at summer solstice”. Taken from The New Astrology book by Nicholas Campion …Steve  Eddy   https://www.amazon.co.uk

Suffice to say this is a lovely card to get and shows happy times are here with the feeling that your cup is indeed full. Fulfilment comes in many forms. When you think of all the times in your life when your heart felt full, that’s how fulfilment feels. Like the photo below of my grandchildren and me last summer in Shetland, enjoying precious time together.

Fulfilment sharing happy times with family.
